Vincent D Jones

Vincent D. Jones, 58, of Creve Coeur, IL, passed away on Sunday August 7, 2022 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born on June 27, 1964 in Peoria, IL the son of Paul W. and Leah A. (Heaton) Jones.

Vincent graduated from Woodruff High School Class of 1982. He later worked for City Lift as a driver for over 20 years. Vincent was a family man and loved spending time with three sons and the love of his life, his granddaughter. He enjoyed all kinds of sports, fishing and his favorite TV show Sanford & Sons.

He is survived by three sons Bryan, Matthew, Sean Jones all of Creve Coeur, IL; nephew Brandon Jones;  one granddaughter Zoey;  nine siblings Richard (Karen) Jones of Laura, IL, Debra Carter of Washington, IL, Robin Jones of Peoria, IL, Mary Jane (Randy) Nickerson of Peoria, IL, Jeffery (Trish) Jones of Peoria, IL, William Jones of Peoria Heights, IL, Marc Jones of Peoria Heights, IL, Cathy Jones of Washington, IL, Marnie (Jessie) Zollicoffer of Winter Park, FL, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday August 11, 2022 at Cumerford-Clary Funeral Home from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Service will be held on Friday August 12, 2022 at Cumerford-Clary Funeral Home at 10am. Bishop James Lashley will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
