Shawnda Friday

Shawnda L. Friday, 52, of Bartonville, passed away at 3:37 a.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born on November 3, 1964 in Colorado Springs, CO, the daughter of Stanley E. and Connie M. (Walker) Friday. Her mother preceded her in death.
Shawnda is survived by her father Stanley (Theresa) Friday of Peoria; step-father, Gregory A. Tharp of Las Cruces, NM; daughter, Sarah Soistman of Myrtle Beach, SC; siblings, Aaron (Tina) Friday of Wheeling, WV, Aven (Becky) Friday of Peoria, Cecilie (Matthew) Barth of Las Cruces, NM and Michelle (Keith) St. Louis of Olathe, KS; six Nieces and one Nephew; and her beloved cat, Missy Ann.
She was a machinist for many years at Las Cruces Machine Shop in New Mexico.
Per Shawnda’s request, there will be no services or visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded.
