She was born on December 15, 1943 in New Madrid, Missouri, a daughter of Jim Holloway and Mary (Staten) Holloway. She was the youngest of eight children. They preceded her in death.
Rosetta was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost at an early age.
She met and married the late elder, James L. Brickhouse on November 13, 1966 in Caruthersville, Missouri. From this union was born four sons; Timothy Brickhouse, Brian Keith Brickhouse, James Benard Brickhouse, and Tyrone Brickhouse. Two sons preceded her in death.
Rosetta was a hard worker, a good wife, and loving mother. She wore many hats, working at several nursing homes in the Peoria area. She worked in private homes and was employed by Dekalb County School Board in Scottsdale, Georgia.
She loved going to church and serving God. She worked in the ministry and loved to sing and teach others the Word of God. She attended church until her health failed her and God called her home.
Rosetta was loved by her family and friends and will be missed by many. Rest in Peace. We love you but God loved you best. We will miss you very much.
The family of Rosetta would like to thank all of you for your prayers, cards, food, donations and the many acts of kindness. May God bless you richly in Jesus name. –The Brickhouse Family
