Robert “Glen” Wehmer, 76, of Peoria, passed away at 8:08 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria, with Pastor Jack Cook officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will be at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
Glen was born on September 13, 1936 in Centralia, the son of Arthur and Juanita (Lowe) Wehmer. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by his guardians, Rev. Bill and Beverly Williams of Peoria; caregiver, Julie Williams of Peoria; special friends, Josh Williams and family and Rebecca and Sarah Rodden of Peoria; and cousin, Jim Wehmer of Champaign.
Glen was employed through PARC and attended Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria and Redeemer’s Special Church at Laramie Street Baptist Church in Peoria.
