Raymond Isaacs

Raymond E. Isaacs, 85, of Peoria, passed away at 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, April 06, 2017 at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria.
A graveside service will be at noon on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Cerro Gordo Cemetery in Cerro Gordo Township. Reverend Justin Smith will officiate. There will be no visitation.
Raymond was born on March 27, 1932 in Willoughby, OH, a son of Raymond S. and Blanche (Allen) Isaacs. He married Deloris Kopp on December 26, 1953 in Cooks Mills. She survives.
He is also survived by his children, Karen (Greg) Joyce of Peoria, Roger (Suzanne) Isaacs of Fountain Hills, AZ, Annette (Dale) Smith of Wyoming and Randy Isaacs of Dyersburg, TN; grandchildren, Brandon Joyce, Laura (Mike) Largent, Rick (Christina) Isaacs, Rob Isaacs, Risa Isaacs, Justin (Rachel) Smith, Dennis Smith, Samantha Smith, Brian Smith, Colin Isaacs and Ashley Isaacs; and five great grandchildren.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Dale Smith, Jr. and Blake Isaacs; and siblings, Daisy Harrison and Jimmy Isaacs.
He retired, after 37 years, from Caterpillar.
