Luereana Elliott

Luereana Elliott, 68, of Peoria, passed away at 5:28 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018, at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Grace Baptist Church in Peoria, where she was a member. Reverend Leon Gatlin will officiate the service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Luereana was born on December 9, 1949 in Ashland, MS, a daughter of Bryant and Ethel (Starks) Elliott, Sr. They preceded her in death, along with siblings, Sarah Francis (Jeff) Alexander, Annie Ruth (Jimmy) Williams, Bryant (Mary) Elliott, Jr., Clarence (Jessie) Elliott, Eddie B. (Levonia) Elliott and Johnson (Barbara Jean) Elliott.
She is survived by two sisters, Betty Jean (Daniel) Gray of Blue Mountain, MS and Emma Jean (Elijah) Crutcher of Peoria; sister-in-law, Queenie Elliott, of Peoria; and a host of nieces and nephews.
