Joe Anne was born December 3, 1939 to Joel and Cleo (Tompkins) McClendon.
Joe Anne loved to read, completing crossword puzzles, and enjoyed having cats as pets. Jo Ann loved meeting new people and getting to know them. She truly loved life.
Cremation rites have been accorded, no services will be held.
