Isaiah Rickmon, 64, of Peoria, passed away at 1:07 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Peoria, with District Elder Henry L. Bolden officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
Isaiah was born on October 21, 1951 in Augusta, AR, a son of Joe Willie Rickmon Sr. and Elnora (Landrum) Rickmon. He married Rosetta Dotson on December 24, 1997 in Peoria. She preceded him in death on March 2, 2001. He was also preceded in death by his father; and four brothers, Joe Willie Rickmon Jr., Philip E. Rickmon, Kevin S. Rickmon and Henry L. Rickmon.
He is survived by his mother, Elnora Rickmon of Peoria; daughters, Johnette D. Johnson and Leslie Coleman of Peoria, Cecilia Beck of Bloomington and Tahtiana Hollie of Crystal Springs, MS; sons, Tony Drummond of Berkley, CA and Andreas Davies of Dallas, TX; sisters, Lillie B. (Joe) Lawrence of Waukegan, Linda D. (Brian) Simons, Irish L. Davidson, Doreen (Willie) Davis, Dorcas Y. (Robert) Rickmon-Booker, Angela Rickmon and Chelsea Rickmon, all of Peoria, and Dorothy A. Newton of New Castle, DE; brothers, Michael L. and Anthony C. Rickmon of Peoria; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue, in Peoria.
