Henry “Hank” Hollingsworth II, 45, of Peoria, passed away at 5:28 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Peoria, with the Minister Kenneth Jackson officiating.
Hank was born on October 31, 1969 in Peoria and is survived by his parents, Cleartha Hollingsworth, Sr. and Ludie M. Jackson of Peoria.
He is also survived by his daughter, Brooke Lynn Hollingsworth of Peoria and siblings, Clearthur (Gladys) Hollingsworth Jr. of Peoria, Darryl (Anita) Hollingsworth of Memphis, TN, Vanessa (David) Washington Jr. of Peoria, Brian (Vanita) Hollingsworth of Peoria, Eric (Angelia) Hollingsworth of Olympia, WA and Angela Bailey of Peoria. He was preceded in death by twin sons.
Hank was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Peoria and was formerly employed as a fork truck operator for Caterpillar, Inc. He was loveable, compassionate, kind and caring, especially to the elderly.
He enjoyed fishing, Pittsburgh Steelers’ football, spending time at his aunt’s, and listening to R & B, Jazz and Gospel music. He loved bowling and received honors from The National Bowling Association for High Series and High Games.
Memorial contributions may be made to the South Side Mission in Peoria.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue, in Peoria.
