Demonyae Phelps

De’Monyae Zaire Phelps 19 of Peoria passed away on July 21, 2021 in Peoria. He was born on October 20, 2001 in Chicago the son of Noshma Phelps and Victoria Samuels.

He graduated from Manuel High School class of 2021.

De’Monyae is survived by his mother Victoria Samuels of Peoria, Father Noshma Phelps of Peoria, four brothers Noshma “Bullet” Lawson, Noshma Phelps, Deamorn Phelps, Dariyon Phelps, two sisters Nakalya Phelps, Nisma Phelps, grandparents Bonita Phelps of Sierra Vista, AZ, Leonard Murphy of Chicago, Delores Lotts of Grand Rapids, MI and Quinn Cribbs of Davenport, IA, several aunts and uncles and many cousins.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday July 28, 2021 at Cumerford Clary Funeral Home from 12pm to 2pm. Memorial service will start at 2pm. Bishop Charlie Davis will officiate the service.
