Cristino Gandarilla, Sr.

Cristino Gandarilla Sr., 51, of Kewanee, passed away at 9:40 a.m. on Friday, December 20, 2013, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2013, at Iglesia Pan de Vida Aic in Kewanee, with Pastor David Guerrero officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Los Altares Cemetery in Los Altares, Durango, MX.
Cristino was born on March 20, 1962 in El Tabardillo, Durango, MX, a son of Leocadio and Domitila (Guerrero) Gandarilla. He was preceded in death by his father. He married Gloria Granillo in Los Altares on October 12, 1994. She survives.
He is also survived by his children, Cristino Gandarilla Jr., Isabel Gandarilla and Leocadio Gandarilla, all of Kewanee, and his mother, of Los Altares.
Cristino was a welder for Morning Star Welding in Galva and a member of Iglesia Pan de Vida Aic in Kewanee.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue, in Peoria.
