Connie Berres

July 10, 1960 — April 6, 2012

Connie J. Berres, 51, of East Peoria, formerly of Peoria, passed away at 2:35 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria, with Fr. Terry Cassidy officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in West Peoria.
Connie was born in Peoria on July 10, 1960, the daughter of Forest and Betty (Anderson) Jaques. She married Peter L. “Pete” Berres on October 27, 1990 at St. John Catholic Church in Peoria. He survives.
She is also survived by her parents of Peoria and brother, Chuck (Donna) Jaques of Peoria. She loved animals and is also survived by her beloved companions, Bear, P. Diddy and Boo.
Connie was a 1978 graduate of Peoria Central High School and was employed for many years as a home healthcare giver in the Peoria area.
Memorial contributions may be made in Connie’s memory to the Peoria Humane Society or to the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery Program in Peoria.
