Brenda Lobdell

Brenda Kaye Lobdell, 63, of Peoria, IL departed This Life at 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at River Crossing of Peoria, IL.

She was born September 24, 1958 in Peoria, IL to Johnny Ervin and Barbara Lobdell.

Brenda Leaves her Loving Memories with her one daughter Taundrah Lobdell of Peoria, IL, Two God Sons Jamar Herrod, Kendrick Jones of Bloomington, IL. She was devoted Grandmother to two grandchildren, Marvin Talley jr., Montrell Talley, two Great Children, DeAundre Wilson and Marvin Dewayne Talley III of Peoria, IL.

Surviving are her two sisters, Jacqueline Lobdell and Whitney Potter (Peoria, IL), Eleven Brothers, Bishop John Wright, Gary Berry, Jermaine Potter-Woods, John Potter, Brandon Potter, Christian Potter, Olion Norris, Kendrick Norris, Tywaun Wallace, Lyndon Hill of Peoria, IL , Terrance Potter ( Oklahoma City, OK).

She Leaves behind her stepfather Carl Hill and a host of Nieces, Nephews, family and friends. Brenda had a special Bond with Rena Barber and Dorothy Evans. Brenda loved her family dearly.

Brenda was proceeded in death by her father Johnny Ervin, her brother Andre Purham, and her Grandparents.

Brenda accepted Christ at an early age at Grace Baptist Church under the Leadership of Pastor Whitehead. She later joined Good News Full Gospel Church under the Leadership of Pastor Carl Hill. Brenda was a current member of Liberty United Love Ministries under the Covering of Bishop John Wright. Brenda was Truly a Woman of God who didn’t mind sharing her Spiritual gift with anyone. She Inspired many people and touched many lives. Because of the work she did on this earth, she can now hear that victorious voice saying, “Servant Well Done”.

A visitation will be held on Saturday March 26, 2022 from 10am to 11am at New Morning Star Church in Peoria. Funeral service will begin at 11am. Bishop John Wright will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens in Peoria. Cumerford-Clary Funeral Home is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.
