Barbara E. (White) Moore, 58, of Peoria, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at The OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2014, at the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home in Peoria.
