Avonlea Alexandria Warner of Lacon died at OSF Hospital in Peoria on November 9, 2014.

Avonlea was born on November 9, 2014 to Jason and Leah (Henning) Warner.

Avonlea is survived by her parents; two brothers, Levi Warner and Averum Warner, and one sister, Tavia Warner, all of Lacon; her maternal grandparents, Jack and Ruth Henning of Momence; her paternal grandparents, Lew Warner of Peoria and Mary (Bernie) Taylor of Mossville; three aunts, Monica (Omar) Jackson of Grant Park, Jaclin (Joe) Collins of Bourbonnais, and Chris (Stewart) Michaels of Chillicothe; six uncles, Kirk (Valerie) Henning of Richmond, VA, Seth (Renee) Henning of Clifton, Isaac (Anna) Henning of Momence, Eric (Tracey) Warner of Chillicothe, Cam (Kim) Warner of Tampa, FL, and Jeff Warner of Phoenix, AZ; her maternal great-grandmother, Norma Kirk of Grant Park, and her paternal great-grandmother, Lela Windhorst of East Peoria. Avonlea was preceded in death by her infant uncle, Micah Henning, and her uncle Parrish Warner.

A funeral service for Avonlea will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 135 NE Randolph Avenue in Peoria on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time at the church. Cumerford-Hurd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will take place at Swan Lake Memory Garden in Peoria.
