Juanita Coffman

Juanita May Coffman, 92, of Peoria, formerly of Morton, passed away on Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Lutheran Hillside Village of Peoria. She was born on November 28, 1928 in Rome, IL the daughter of Everett H. and Muriel Rose (Jennings) McDonald. Juanita married Jack Lee Coffman on March 20, 1970 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2016.

She enjoyed gardening, flowers, collecting statues, leaded glass, crystals, oil paintings and loved to sing.

Juanita is survived by her daughter Deborah Ann (Rollin) Shafer of Brimfield; one niece Carey (Tommy) Mallon of IN; two nephews Jeffrey (Denise) McDonald of CO, Randy (Susan) McDonald of CO and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Everett McDonald Jr.

A private family service will be held at a later date at Cumerford-Clary Funeral Home in Peoria. Juanita will be laid to rest in the mausoleum in Springdale Cemetery.
