Jean Elizabeth Richards, 68, of Peoria, passed away at 6:55 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012, at her home.
She was born in Belize on October 7, 1944, the daughter of Dick and Mary (Neal) Richards.
There will be no public visitation or service. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue, in Peoria.
