Jack L. Coffman, 86, of Peoria, passed away at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Jack was born on August 3, 1930 in Peoria, a son of Gene and Leota (Huntley) Coffman. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He married Juanita McDonald on March 20, 1970 in Peoria. She survives.
He is also survived by his step-daughter, Debra (Roland) Schafer of Peoria.
Jack retired as a laborer for Caterpillar. He was a US Navy Veteran.
There will be no public visitation or service. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jack’s memory to PAWS.
Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
